The focus of Digital Media is on the creative and practical exploration of computers in the area of visual communication.Topics are fundamental to the creation of digital layout, graphics, illustration and photography. Included discussions are computer operating systems, file management, file format, hardware, software, typography, raster graphics, scanning, vector graphics and page layout. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word are discussed.
